Coaching Terms and Conditions (Applies to Dr. Erica Jewel, LLC and The Edupreneurship Academy)

 

Monthly Coaching Plans (3-Month Commitment)

Commitment + Payments
All monthly coaching plans are a 3-month commitment (12 weeks). By enrolling, you authorize three (3) monthly payments. Auto-pay ends after the third payment. No action is needed to stop payments.

 

Nonrefundable Fees
All payments are nonrefundable, including cases of unused sessions, missed sessions, late cancellations, or early cancellation.

 

Scheduling + Use of Sessions
You are responsible for scheduling your sessions using Dr. Erica Jewel’s booking link. Sessions must be scheduled and completed within the current billing month. Unused sessions do not roll over and have no cash value.

 

Rescheduling (6-Hour Window)
You may reschedule a session up to 6 hours before the start time using your confirmation email/booking link. Reschedules are subject to availability.

 

Late Cancellations + No-Shows
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the session start time and no-shows are forfeited and count as a used session.

 

Early Plan Cancellation (Ends Sessions, Not Payments)
You may cancel remaining sessions at any time. If you cancel early, you may stop scheduling sessions and are not required to meet. However, the plan is a 3-month commitment, and all remaining payments are still due. You will not be billed beyond the third payment.

 

Coach Availability
Dr. Erica Jewel, LLC and/or The Edupreneurship Academy may reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, travel delays, or unforeseen conflicts. If we must reschedule, you will be offered alternative dates/times.

 

Single Session Terms (60-Minute or 2-Hour Video Session)

Booking + Payment
Single sessions are one-time 60-minute or 2-hour video sessions (not a monthly plan). Payment is required to confirm your booking. All paid fees are nonrefundable.

 

Platform
Sessions are hosted via Zoom.

 

Scheduling
After purchase, you will book your session using Dr. Erica Jewel’s booking link. Please arrive on time. Late arrival reduces your session time and does not extend the end time.

Additional Terms (Clarity + Protection)

No Guarantees
Results vary based on your effort, market, and implementation. Dr. Erica Jewel, LLC and The Edupreneurship Academy do not guarantee specific income, business outcomes, or results.

 

Educational Coaching Only
Coaching is for educational and informational purposes and is not legal, tax, financial, or mental health advice. Consult licensed professionals as needed.

 

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after coaching.

 

Communication
Between-session support (if included in your plan) follows the response window listed in your plan and is not emergency support.

 

Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and resources provided by Dr. Erica Jewel, LLC and The Edupreneurship Academy are for your personal business use and may not be copied, resold, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

 

Right to Refuse or Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate coaching due to harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, repeated no-shows, or misuse of materials. If terminated after purchase, remaining sessions may be canceled and payments remain due under the commitment.

 

Policy Updates
We may update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
