Up this journey can make you feel.

You will choose the level that fits your season best, whether you're Holding It Together, On the EdgeLow-Key Losing It, or you're In Survival Mode Day Pass and just need a day pass. However you show up, Ph.Ed.D Up will meet you where you are and whichever option you select, you will step into a focused, judgment-free space designed to help you move your dissertation from “I will get to it” to “I am finally getting it done.”

Erica Jewel Littleton, Ph.D.

Dr. Erica Jewel Littleton is an educator, edupreneur, and dissertation coach who has spent nearly two decades helping scholars, teachers, and leaders move big ideas from “in my head” to “on the page.” As founder of Learning Little People, she is known for pairing clear structure and practical tools with deeply compassionate accountability. Her own dissertation journey was marked by intense academic pressure and significant personal upheaval, so she knows what it means to write while tired, hurting, and questioning everything. That lived experience shapes the way she holds space for doctoral scholars today, creating a place where your humanity is honored, your work is taken seriously, and you are reminded you do not have to finish this alone.

Charletta Wiggins, Ph.D.

Dr. Charletta Wiggins is a dissertation, leadership and identity coach who helps high-achieving professionals and doctoral scholars quiet self-doubt, release perfectionism, and move forward with clarity. She is known for her calm, honest presence and her ability to turn emotional roadblocks into practical, doable next steps. She completed her doctorate while working full-time, carrying the weight of deadlines, expectations, and everyday life at the same time, so she understands how exhausting this process can feel, even when you are deeply capable. She has worked hands on with scholars from high school through college for over a decade and her lived experiences shape the way she walks with scholars now, creating space where you can tell the truth, feel seen beyond your role as “student,” and remember that you are still a whole person while you finish this degree.

Book Pages

Together, Dr. Littleton and Dr. Wiggins created Ph.Ed.D. Up out of their own experiences funding and planning writing retreats—both individual and group, single-day and multi-day, local and destination—that ultimately helped them finish their dissertations.

They designed Ph.Ed.D. Up as a focused, judgment-free space that keeps what worked, fixes what was missing, and offers a place where you are believed in, challenged, and supported until the work gets done.
